General

All important (emergency) numbers can be found in the arrival email that we will send you shortly before your arrival. There is also an information folder in the accommodation upon arrival where you can find important telephone numbers. 

Check-in

You can check in from 3 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: in July and August, check-in is from 4 p.m.

You will find these instructions in your confirmation email, which you will receive after making your reservation. Shortly before your arrival, you will also receive an arrival email with all the necessary information for your stay.

Check-out

You must have vacated the accommodation by 09:30.

Internet

Yes, there is WiFi internet available. You can find the code in the information folder in the accommodation.

There are no additional costs for using the WiFi internet.

Inventory

Under ‘Features’ on the accommodation page (online), you can see what facilities are available at the property.

There are no bicycles available.

A bicycle storage shed is available at Lodge 7.

Only electric barbecues are permitted. 

Children

It is possible to get a cot for babies. You will need to bring your own bed linen.

Cleaning

The cleaning costs are included in the rental price.

The cleaning is included in the price. It is not possible to receive a discount if you clean the lodge yourself upon arrival.

When you leave your accommodation, please take care of some issues. These are listed in the informationmap which is located at the property.

Linen

It is not necessary to bring your own bed linen. Bed linen is provided as standard in the accommodation (for the specified number of persons aged 3 years and older) and the purchase of this is mandatory. For children under 3 years of age, you can optionally order extra bed linen or bring your own."

Bed linen set includes 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase and bottom sheet.

You can bring your own linen, however, you can not claim any discount or refund on the rent.

No, the beds are not made up as standard. 

No, a towel package is not included as standard with your stay. You can add this when making your reservation, or you can book it later. The towel package consists of one large and one small towel.

Yes, you can hire a kitchen package as an extra option when making your booking. The kitchen package consists of 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel.

You can book additional options up to 3 days before arrival.

Smoking

No, smoking is not permitted.

Pet

In both lodges, it is allowed to bring a maximum of 1 dog.

Yes, additional charges apply. These will be shown when you make your booking.

In the holiday home, you will find our black folder containing important information, including the house rules for pets.

Dogs are not allowed to do their business in the garden or along the access road. If this does happen, you must dispose of the dog waste.

Booking

Occasionally, outside of the busy high season, it is possible to arrive and depart on a different day. Please contact us to discuss the options.

Payments

If you want a binding reservation you must make a (remit) payment using one of the online payment options.

If the period of arrival is longer than 3 months, you can make a down payment first. The remaining amount (excluding the deposit) must be paid 2 months before arrival. If you make a reservation within 3 months, you must pay the entire booking amount (excluding the deposit). The deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

The second payment must be made 56 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder by email In time. You can also find this information when you are logged in at your Leisure Time account under ‘My Bookings’.

Deposit

The amount of the deposit is € 150.00

The deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival date.

The deposit, or any remaining balance thereof, will be refunded to you within two weeks of your departure (provided your IBAN number has been entered in your Leisure Time account).

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied, please let it know immediately. Please refer to the information folder in your accommodation.
